Maggie’s Cottage is absolutely stunning! From the journey to the cottage, the views from the cottage and the cottage itself our experience was 10/10. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking to have a weekend away in the mountains. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Stunning cottage with gorgeous views over looking Lake Caragh. Everything about the place is amazing! The place was spotless clean and Margaret supplies hand sanitiser and face masks. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay! We thought it looked too good to be true, but it was just as amazing as it looks in the photos! Communication with Margaret & Aisling was great. It’s quite remote but we liked that. Still close enough to Glenbeigh & Rossbeigh beach. House itself it decorated to a very high standard. Everything thought of! Definitely recommend staying here!

Would highly recommend a stay at Maggies cottage. The accomodation is beautiful, with spectacular views looking out over the lake & mountains. My family & I had a beautiful few days relaxing here. Kerry itself is a gorgeous county to visit and to stay at Maggies cottage is the cherry on top! It is a good drive from shops so make sure to stock up before arrival but Margaret also very kindly had a few bits on arrival for us, this was a lovely touch! Definitely one of the best air bnbs Ive stayed at - the view & house were both beautiful!

What a wonderful space to spend the last 4 days, after nearly 4 months of lockdown! The cottage was absolutely stunning and the views from it were breathtaking. It was ‘splendid isolation’ in the hills of Kerry. We’ve stayed in many excellent AirB&Bs across Europe, but this one, without doubt was the best. The cottage is really, really, isolated, but that was a major part of the appeal to us. The attention to detail, very thoughtful and generously luxurious welcome basket really added to the experience, especially after the long drive to Kerry. We’ll hopefully get an opportunity to visit this wonderful cottage again. We really can’t recommend this cottage enough.

Our stay at Maggie’s Cottage was the highlight of our trip! I don’t think the Air BnB advert does the cottage justice- spectacular views, beautiful decor throughout, high standard of cleanliness, thoughtful touches to name but a few of the positives. It is clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into making the whole experience at the cottage a memorable one. We can highly recommend this property as we know it will not disappoint! Many thanks to Margaret and Aisling for being attentive and thoughtful hosts.

Maggies Cottage exceeded our expectations. It is a wonderful home in a spectacular location. It is hard to describe the beauty of the surroundings. The cottage is a perfect, comfortable, stylish and well-equipped home. We would love to return.

Amazing stylish stay with everything you could ask for in a home and way, way more! Margaret and Aisling provide an excellent experience with a lovely home feel with fresh scones on arrival and a nice personal welcome note. Great amenities all around the house, honestly there are too many to list! Very good communication on directions around the area and to the house location which has the most beautiful and scenic lake and mountain view ! I wish this was my own home I could not reccommend it more and will definitely be booking a stay next summer.

Margaret and Aisling were great hosts and made the experience before, throughout and at the end of the stay very easy and pleasant. The location is absolutely stunning and the house itself is gorgeous. It is a five star retreat!

Everything you could ask for in an Airbnb..and more! A perfect location from which to explore the Highlands of Kerry by bike/on foot right on the Kerry Way. With stunning views over Lough Caragh and the Macgillycuddy Reeks, I really don’t think you can find a more spectacular view! The house has been beautifully finished, with a mix of modern amenities and traditional touches in the original cottage housing two very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Margaret and Aisling were fantastic hosts and we loved the homemade scones and breakfast hamper, they thought of everything!

We just spent a wonderful week in this beautifully appointed cottage. It has spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains and clearly a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this a perfect holiday retreat.

It’s not often a place these days surpassed expectations as much as Maggie’s Cottage did for us. I can sincerely say that the photos of the view did not do it justice. It’s was out of this world and changed pretty much hourly as we watched storms sweep across the valley followed quickly by sunshine and cloud formations. If you need to get away from it all and want to feel connected to unspoilt surroundings, we can’t recommend Maggie’s Cottage enough. We will be back (as soon as possible)
